Deposit Policy for Wedding Officiant Services by Notary

* A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your wedding date and time.
* The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your wedding officiant services.
* The remaining balance is due 7 days before the ceremony or on the day of the ceremony.
* Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
* In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if the notary is unable to perform the ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be fully refunded.
* Payment instructions and accepted methods will be provided during the booking process.
